Terms of Service
These terms describe the responsibilities that apply when using Helios to manage your marketing.
Terms effective October 2026.
1. The service and its operator
Helios provides tools for AI-assisted marketing planning and content creation, media management, supported social publishing, analytics and reporting. Available features depend on the service configuration, your account permissions and third-party platform access.
Helios is operated by Brompton Holdings Ltd, Griva Digeni, Paphos, Cyprus. Contact info@brompton-holdings.com with questions about these terms or for support.
These terms apply to use of the service once finalised and effective. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
2. Accounts and workspace authority
You must be an adult legally able to enter into an agreement and authorised to act for any business or account you manage. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify support if you suspect unauthorised access.
Workspace owners and admins are responsible for granting appropriate access. You may connect, upload or publish on behalf of another person or organisation only with their permission.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain the rights you hold in content you provide. You give Helios permission to host, process, format, transmit and display that content as needed to provide the features you request, including sending relevant material to service providers and publishing to destinations you authorise.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content, prompts, music, images, videos, links and brand assets can lawfully be used and published. Obtain the necessary intellectual-property licences, permissions from people depicted, advertising disclosures and other required consents. Stock-media and third-party assets remain subject to their own licence terms.
Do not use Helios for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing content, spam, unauthorised account access, attempts to bypass platform restrictions, or interference with service security.
4. AI output and performance suggestions
AI output can contain mistakes, unsupported claims or unsuitable material. Review content and verify facts, rights and disclosures before use. Output may not be unique, and rights in AI-generated material depend on applicable law and third-party terms.
Suggestions may use your brand settings, available reports, trends and past performance. Patterns are tentative associations. Helios does not guarantee reach, virality, engagement, sales, search rankings or any particular marketing result.
5. Scheduling and connected platforms
Connecting an account grants only the permissions approved through that platform. Scheduling a post authorises Helios to submit the selected content and settings to the selected destination at the scheduled time, subject to your permissions and the platform's requirements.
Helios accepts scheduled times in five-minute intervals. Processing, network delays, expired permissions, moderation or third-party outages can delay or prevent publication. Check publication status and address errors; a scheduled or processing status does not mean the post is live.
TikTok publishing requires separate Direct Post permission and enabled access. You must choose the available visibility and interaction settings, disclose commercial or AI-generated content where required, and have the necessary music rights. TikTok and other platforms apply their own terms, policies and review processes.
Disconnecting an account stops future use of that connection but does not remove posts already sent to a third-party platform. Use that platform to manage or delete those posts.
6. Fees, trials and cancellation
Access to Helios is currently free. If this changes in the future, this section will be updated accordingly. Any applicable charges and renewal terms must be made clear before you agree to pay. Connecting a platform does not itself promise that the platform's paid services or external API costs are included.
7. Availability, suspension and account closure
Features and integrations may change as the service develops or third-party APIs change. Access may be restricted where necessary to address security risks, unlawful activity, material misuse or legal obligations. Where appropriate and practicable, the operator should explain the reason and available next steps.
[Account closure and export]
Explain the actual support/closure process, export options and any notice or retrieval window; align with the Privacy Policy's retention/deletion process
Personal-information retention and deletion are addressed in the Privacy Policy. Keep copies of important original media and content.
8. Responsibility and liability
Helios provides marketing tools and assistance. You remain responsible for your content, account permissions, chosen instructions and compliance with applicable platform rules. Service availability and third-party publishing outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
[Liability terms]
Confirm any lawful liability cap and exclusions appropriate to the business, customer types and governing law; retain rights that cannot legally be excluded
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Changes, governing law and contact
The operator may update these terms. The effective date above identifies the version in use. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate notice, including any steps required for them to take effect.
[Governing law and disputes]
Specify governing law, courts or dispute process, preserving any mandatory consumer rights
For questions or complaints about the service, use the support contact in section 1.
