Babylon World is a UK-based online retailer operating at babylonworld-store.myshopify.com.

Our products

We do our best to describe our products accurately. Images are for illustration — colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Our products are beauty and skincare devices, not medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

Pricing

Prices are shown in your regional currency. We're not VAT registered. In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Placing an order

Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. You must be 18 or over to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.

Delivery

Most UK orders are delivered within 4–7 business days. International orders (Ireland, Australia, US, Canada) typically arrive within 10–20 business days. Delivery times are estimates — occasional delays caused by carrier or customs processing are outside our control and we cannot be held liable for them.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns and refunds

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the price you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages. Nothing here limits your statutory rights under UK law.
